The person in charge of the store, I believe the owner, refused to attend to an employee claiming to be too busy, losing a sale of R$45 FOR A KEY COPY.

Congratulations to the employees for the service, and for having the courage to endure the store owner, as he has no minimum education. I do not recommend the store to anyone. And there is still a payment machine for bills and mobile phone top-ups, which does not complete the operation, but holds your money. The store owner has the key to the machine, but is super arrogant, does not return your money, and even acts rudely and tells you to call the machine's 0800 number.
